Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

You'll have private use of the entire cabin, including 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, a dresser and large closets. Convenient for Anchorage area activities/adventures and a great staging location for day trips north or south.

The apartment features a beautiful, elongated deck with a cozy firepit, access to a large yard, and a grill for barbequing. Our location is unbeatable- with easy access to the North and South highway to explore all Alaska offers! Walking distance to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and local businesses. A short 10-minute drive to Downtown Anchorage,8 miles to Ted Stevens Airport, and 15 miles to JBER.

The bedroom has a KING size cool foam mattress and full bathroom with shower. On chilly nights enjoy an electric fireplace while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The large backyard has a deck with table and chairs, as well as a firepit. There is a desk to work at and high-speed wifi internet, plus a free parking space.

Magnificent View Chalet

Cozy, family friendly Chalet in the beautiful South Fork Valley of Eagle River. If you are looking for a 5-Star Hotel, this place is not for you. What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

UnderHill on Government Hill

Super cozy, one bedroom, finished basement apartment. Conveniently located in the historic Government Hill neighborhood, near restaurants, greenbelts & scenic areas, and a People Mover (bus stop route 41 - couple of blocks away) It is great for a tranquil getaway right in the heart of the city, only 1.5 miles away from Downtown and the Alaska Railroad Depot, 7.5 miles away from the airport and a minute drive from the military base (JBER - Government Hill gate)
