Downtown Historic Attic Suite

This upstairs suite is in an historic 1917 cottage, in downtown Anchorage, and is a rare find! Steps away from restaurants, bars, convention center, bus station, museum, bike trails, parks and pubs. It shares the building with a hair salon on the main level. With a private entrance, it is upstairs under the attic eaves, so the bathroom ceiling is slanted (FYI super tall people!) quality towels & linens, a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room, the queen bed is cool gel memory foam!

Quaint stay in heart of Wasilla

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

This one BR newly renovated cottage is in downtown, yet peaceful and private. Very well appointed, It overlooks the port, rail yard, and Cook Inlet. Steps away from bikes trails and within blocks of restaurants and city life, most downtown attractions are within walking distance. It is a few minutes walk to museums, convention centers, and the rail depot. Equipped with a king sized, cool memory foam mattress in the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, this vintage cottage is like brand new!

This is a second story downtown deluxe suite with views of the beautiful Cook Inlet. 2 blocks from the court house, restaurants, art galleries, near the coastal trail. Our house will be a great addition to your vacation. We offer a hot tub and sauna. There is plenty of room to store your snowboarding gear, or just kick back and relax. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, and a workout room downstairs. We are 2.5 miles from the Dimond Shopping Center, 6.4 miles from Downtown, 4.9 miles from Hilltop Ski Hill, and and 38.8 miles from Alyeska Ski Resort. There are multiple activities and restaurants within 2 miles of the house.
