It is an easy drive to Philipsburg and Butte. This is also a great stopping point between Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park. Not to mention the numerous outdoor activities nearby. A waterside mountain retreat, located on Georgetown Lake, minutes from Discovery Ski Basin, amazing groomed snowmobile trails, X country ski trails, snow showing, and ice fishing. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath is a warm and comfortable space with breath taking views. A wood pellet stove keeps the chills away while you enjoy all this area has to offer. This is all in the midst of lots of wildlife and don't forget about the neighborhood moose.

Mining History Echoes

My wife Melody and I bought this 100-yr- old miner's four-square in 2017 and refurbished it to the bright interior shown in the pictures. A new boiler and cast-iron radiators keep it cozy in winter. Off-street parking includes an outlet to plug in your car in sub-zero weather. Uptown Butte's historic attractions are in walking distance; however, Butte's elevation could limit those with respiratory or mobility issues.
