Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Dit chalet is binnen 6x4 en voorzien van keuken (met magnetron-oven en koelkast), badkamer met douche en toilet, een knusse bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 met een opstapje) en voldoende bergruimte. Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

De jacuzzi kan alleen door u gebruikt worden. Parking op eigen terrein.

Verscholen in de bossen van Soestduinen, op het Landgoed de Paltz ligt de Barn. Deze van oorsprong oude schuur is nu een sfeervolle vakantiewoning en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Hier kun je genieten van de bosrijke omgeving en de idyllische, rustige sfeer op het Landgoed. De aanwezigheid van de paarden op het terrein draagt bij aan de landelijke sfeer. De Barn is te boeken vanaf 2 nachten. Voor bedrijfsboekingen door de weeks zijn aangepaste verblijftijden of dagboekingen mogelijk.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Walking distance from the city center, with free parking and city bikes for exploring. Swimming, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing: it's all possible. Welcome aboard 🏄‍♀️

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Beautifully located in Santpoort Zuid near the beaches of Bloemendaal, Zandvoort, and Ijmuiden. At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen dunes. Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.
