We are a small beachfront hotel featuring 6 private, oceanfront cabanas. The design for the rooms and the property is inspired by Caribbean style, aiming to embody the charm and simplicity of beach living. SUYO is located on Playa Popoyo, in rural Nicaragua, the heart of surfer's paradise. You can walk to perfect waves or spend the day relaxing on the beach. HALL HOUSE - Master King Bed Suite

Historic Hall House with its distinctive Greek Revival colonnade is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is the oldest building in Brookville and has recently been completely restored. Hall House provides upscale hotel-style accommodations with 4 separate guest rooms each with keypad entrance, king or queen bed, fireplace antiques and modern spa bath. There are large common spaces including a Painting Gallery and Sunroom where breakfast is served. (Your hosts live next door.)

Ozark King - A Private Suite with Eclectic Charm

The Ozark King is a super cute, attic-like suite situated on the top floor of a 1920s Victorian home. It has a private entrance with a king bed, fireplace and romantic jacuzzi tub for two. It offers a snack and coffee station with mini fridge & microwave. There are no shared indoor spaces with other guests. Guests should be aware of 3 short sets of stairs to get up to the top floor and there is limited leg room in the restroom for extremely long-legged persons (manuverable but worth noting).

Our cabanas do not have air conditioning, instead fall asleep to the Caribbean breezes, with ceiling fans above and windows that invite in fresh sea air.
