Darley Abbey Mills Cottage

This 1840 Mill Cottage is ideally located for strolling to Darley Abbey Mills, now an exclusive wedding venue with its Michelin listed restaurant, wine bars and Spanish tapas. Located on the banks of the Derwent it's exceptionally placed to walk by the river to Derby cathedral. With courtyard, Wifi, Smart TVs, kitchen, lounge, one double and one queen sized bedroom, sofa bed and a delightful Jack ‘n’ Jill bathroom, this is a rare find near the old Mills. Hillside is a recently built limestone self contained holiday let, on the edge of a pretty Derbyshire village. Hillside overlooks the village of Bonsall (near Matlock) offering beautiful views from the windows and private patio of the village and surrounding countryside. Bonsall offers an excellent pub, cafe and village shop. There are numerous walks from the doorstep - the Limestone Way passes through the village. Chatsworth, Bakewell, Dove Dale and the Monsal Trails are all a short drive away.

The old mill is currently being developed. The area is easily explored with walks, pubs & restaurants from your doorstep. A bus route provides easy access to the Peak District National Park, Derby city, shops, and tourist attractions like Chatsworth, galleries & museums. We’d love to welcome you :-)

The Kennels

Kick off your walking boots, wash down your bike or just park up the car, this freshly converted kennels is the place to relax for a few days. Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Stone Rise Cottage, Belper

Stone Rise Cottage was built in 1874 and has been renovated to its characterful feel today. Entering through the stable-front door, is a traditional kitchen with all the necessities. Beyond this is the lounge with log burner, beams and doors to the stone terrace. There’s also a quaint dining room for evening meals. Upstairs is a modern, renovated bathroom with bath and traditional shower. There are two double bedrooms, both with an elegant feel and a double wardrobe in the second.
