There is easy public transportation to downtown and the financial district. Just down the hill you are at the bay, where you can walk out to the Golden Gate bridge or rent bikes. The house is in a perfect residential location within an exciting city. The wine country is an hour from the city. It is a four hour drive to the mountains.
