The property offers a peaceful retreat for large groups, with a capacity of 18 guests on 300 acres. Three properties and associated facilities are located on the edge of Exmoor National Park. It features a large farmhouse, two character cottages, a spacious group dining room, a games barn, an indoor sauna and spa, and an outdoor hot tub. Additional on-site activities include canoeing, fishing, archery, massage, and yoga, making it perfect for group gatherings in a tranquil countryside setting.

A perfect retreat for family groups, corporate breaks or group holidays with friends; however please note this isn’t suitable for loud party groups. Treetops is a warm and cosy space, providing calm and peace for guests to escape the cares of everyday life. Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. Decorated using muted earth colours, the cabin has all modern coveniences including central heating, shower room and kitchen area with fridge and full-size gas cooker. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in the heart of North Devon surrounded by nature. This bespoke Shepherds hut is nestled in a 3 acre field with its own river meandering through. Built with only comfort in mind so you can relax by the warmth of the log fire, read a book or watch TV on the king size bed. This is the place to be still and take in the sunset views, starry night skies and the sound of the river whilst relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with your favourite person.

Shepherd's View is situated in a quiet corner of the wild flower meadow behind our centuries old thatched farmhouse. IT IS THE ONLY HUT ON THE SITE. We are based just outside SOUTH MOLTON in beautiful countryside on the edge of EXMOOR. The hut is totally off grid allowing you to get away from it all .A separate toilet and hot power shower are only a few steps away. We provide everything you need to make your own breakfast on the first morning, including fresh eggs and homemade bread.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

A delightful rural retreat, off the beaten track in the heart of the Devon countryside. An excellent base to explore the natural beauty of Exmoor & Dartmoor National Parks, the spectacular North Devon coastline & beaches, gardens, including RHS Rosemoor, and various family attractions. 10 minutes away is South Molton, 'The Gateway to Exmoor', with its excellent Pannier Market, shops, restaurants, tea rooms and antique shops. Also within a few miles are several pubs and restaurants.

Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Daisy Cottage is located in the North Devon region. The property is around 38km from Lundy Island, 39km from Westward Ho!, 34km from Tiverton Castle and 15 mins drive to Exmoor National Park. Guests at the holiday home can explore the local area via direct access to footpaths and river walks. Explore the Devon countryside and relax in the large cottage garden with a BBQ. Feel free to wander and enjoy West Radley family farm and meet our friendly rare breed animals.

Orchard Cottage

Orchard Cottage offers a tranquil rural escape in the heart of the Devonshire countryside. Located just on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park, this charming retreat includes an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, three spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The property comfortably accommodates for six guests - with room for two more at a squeeze! All well-behaved pets are welcome, but please be aware we do have goats and a barn cat who live on the property.
