My place is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Alpena. There are a variety of restaurants and bars all within 1/4 mile. Lake Huron is my front yard, with tennis and basketball courts available for public use. The Alpena bandshell is a hop and skip from my house; every Saturday there’s a concert in the summer. There are two public beaches within a mile. And you can see masts from sailboats out my front window as the boat harbor is my neighbor.

We have deeded beach access to a sugar sand beach on lake Huron (which is rare) within a 10 min walk from our cabin. It is shared amongst the neighborhood. Perfect for couples or a small family that loves the outdoors and exploring new places.
