Set in the grounds of our thatched farmhouse but with total privacy and peace. Renovated to a high standard, the cottage is spacious, sunny and has a hot tub for your private use! The perfect get away, with lovely rural views and complete tranquility but local villages and towns are only a stone's throw away. Observatory House is a converted cold war nuclear bunker. **** We are currently having our roof replaced but this work is overrunning Due to this we have scaffolding erected across the front of the building. If you book we will send a reduced price option to you to accept/decline as a gesture of goodwill for any inconvenience caused****. Work is expected to be finished by the end of September so no discounts will be offered for bookings after that. Pets allowed but no cats due to allergies

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Tired of economy class? Charter a stay in a first class fuselage with wood fired hot tub situated in tranquil woodland. Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

Venturing further afield you can spend the day on the Jurassic Coast or visit some of the many National Trust properties in the area.

There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
