Welcome to our cabin on Lake Michigan. Our cabin sits near the end of a dead end road and is very peaceful and quiet. At the end of the road is a historic county park. The cabin sleeps up to 8 guests and has all the amenities of home! Relax on the deck, take the kayaks for a spin, enjoy a fire indoors or out, or ride our bikes. Play games late into the night. Sturgeon Bay's Countryside Studio is the place to escape to fresh country air and a laid back pace. No detail has been overlooked to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The studio is wheelchair accessible with the exception of a 3 inch step near the entrance. The space will comfortably sleep 4 adults. While off the beaten path its nearby to downtown shops and restaurants, walking trails and other area attractions. Come and enjoy the rustic charm this Door County studio provides.

Our cottage is situated on the “quiet side” of Door County on the meandering Glidden drive along the Lake Michigan shoreline. The cottage is perched upon a small hill and surrounded by pine trees in a relaxed country setting. Guests have dedicated access to Lake Michigan right across the street. The sand beach provides for an excellent location for kayaking, sunbathing, swimming, and walks. Glidden Cottage is only five miles from Sturgeon Bay.
