This peaceful and private apartment comprises of the whole lower ground floor of a Georgian mansion house just off the A82 set in an incredible nine acre woodland garden with a riverside walk up to a beautiful loch. There is a spacious living room with wood burner and large kitchen with aga cooker and dining. The bathroom features a double ended bath and shower. Glasgow City centre, Glasgow Airport and Loch Lomond are within 15-20 minute drive from the house which has private, secure parking.

One-bed flat with a lovely park view

Our one bed flat is in the centre of the village of Balloch, Loch Lomond, known as the gateway to the north. Both the train station and bus station are only a few minutes walk away and nearby numerous walking, climbing and hiking trails. The cultural venues in the cities of Glasgow and Stirling are approximately 30-40 minutes by car. There is a free carpark across the road from the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor above the shops, cafes and bars in the centre of the village.

Situated in Loch Lomond National Park, Findlay Cottage is a perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy everything in this beautiful part of Scotland. We are situated on the John Muir way with plenty of walking and cycling routes. Findlay Cottage is the entirely separate annexe of our house with private entry, field and private parking. Our self contained studio room was converted from a sound proofed music studio and has been freshly decorated. It is connected to our garage, is separate from our house and has its own entrance and on street parking. Double bed, En Suite, Sitting area ,kitchen and entrance area. We have added a window to the flat after feedback from our guests.
