It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

The house has a beautiful view of Lake Hickory. We are located on one of the calmest coves, with a large stationary dock. We have a one person kayak available for use. Boat rentals are available at Lake Hickory Marina, located right around the corner. There’s a sand bar where the locals hang out on their boats. Super fun for families and people of all ages. We’ve recently added a Tesla charge station - which is hard to find around Taylorsville! Bring the Tesla & enjoy some time at the lake.

Very private but yet close and convenient to stores, restaurants, water activities and a boat dock. Kayaks/boats available to rent.
