Seaside Casual Summer/Fall

The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

The Adak/Aleutian Experience / 177-D /Hunters Unit

This is Unit 177-D "The Hunters Unit". it is a 1500 Sq. Ft. Condo / Townhouse. This unit has 2 bedrooms upstairs. The Master-Bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with it's own full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms in the unit. 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Flights are on Wednesdays and Saturdays only! We will meet you at the Adak Airport. We also have rental vehicles available. This is a Sandy Cove Unit, 177-D "The Hunters Unit".

Welcome to Eider House! Located on Sargent Creek in Bells Flats + a quick drive to Russian Creek + Womens Bay or town. Let the scenery + mountain views take your breath away. Fully Equipped 3BR 1 BA Self Check In/Out Bungalow

Come and enjoy a cozy stay with views of the Nushagak River and Wood River. Just steps away from the Sea Wall where you may get lucky enough to catch a sighting of belugas, otters, moose, rabbits, fox, porcupine, eagles, bears and much more, but be far enough away from danger to be safe. Snag Point Bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 5 beds, washer/dryer, full kitchen, dish network cable, Roku Smart TVs, Wi-Fi and parking for one vehicle (additional parking on side).

The Kodiak House (4 BR)

Book your stay with your group or family in our spacious and quiet 4 BR home. Here you'll have your own private oasis, with 4 bedrooms along with a large well-stocked kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and an inviting and comfortable living room. WiFi and parking are included. Two bedrooms have Queen sized beds and two bedrooms have twin beds. Rental vehicles and airport shuttle service are available with at least 24 hours advanced notice.

Ocean Themed Apartment Oasis

Welcome to your private Kodiak apartment located minutes from a local black sand beach. You'll find everything you need in this furnished downstairs ocean-themed apartment with a private entrance, self check-in and fully stocked amenities (including homemade sourdough bread for guests staying longer than 5 days!). It's a perfect home base for nature lovers, adventure seekers and anyone exploring Kodiak. Happy to accommodate dogs and pets.

Ravens Retreat

The Whale - Remote Whale Island Cabin on the water

Our place is completely and totally isolated. The cabins are perfect for hunting, fishing, beachcombing, and kayaking. We recommend our place for couples, solo adventurers, or small group retreats. Eventually, it would make an amazing wedding venue. The cabins are not on the Kodiak mainland, but rather on a nearby island. You will have to contact me to find out information about getting from Kodiak to Whale Island.

Ideally located for adventure: just a 5 minute walk to the stunning trails of Abercrombie State Park, Island Lake Creek Trail and Mill Bay Beach. Stores less than a mile away.
