Two bedrooms and an office space occupy the top floor. The Living/Dining/Kitchen on the ground floor opens to expansive views of the valley.

Kitchen does not have hot water only bathroom. Private terrace. High speed fiber optic WIFI. Close to restaurants & groceries. 10 min walk downtown. Safe, well lit, nice neighborhood. This lovely 300-year old colonial Mexican home is well located in the historic center of San Miguel de Allende, just two blocks from the "Jardin" or main square. It includes a swimming pool and daily maid/cook service. Although it is a single story home, there are some steps up from the pool patio and bedrooms to the outdoor living room, and a few more up to the living/dining area and the library.
