The owners are a resource for information on the area and can provide recommendations on attractions and activities.

Located just off Rte 29 and Rte 250 on 4.7 wooded acres, this guest suite is the perfect home base for a new family as you explore UVA, Shenandoah National Park, and so much more. Ample off-street parking, a private walking trails, baby essentials and a cozy screened in porch await you at this contact-free booking. Your hosts live in the adjacent home, so anything you may need is just a knock away.

Located 100 feet from the main house, in a separate building, is our studio. (Please note the studio is one room with bathroom, essentially like a hotel room ) We are a 20 min walk way from the downtown mall. Featuring a queen size bed, kitchenette (fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker) Bathroom includes a marble wall. Floor is heated in the winter * Just added a semi sheer privacy curtain *We currently do not have a designated path leading to the studio. * No pets

The Brothers Great Room

Your private guest suite is located in Northern Albemarle County Virginia. We cannot allow cats(due to family members with allergies and the extra cleaning required) We are just off of Route 29 with easy access to local venues. The suite is up one flight of stairs. Albemarle County is central to the University of Virginia, Monticello, Montpelier, wineries, craft beer breweries, and wedding venues in the area. Your dogs may run the open areas. Please clean up after your pet.
