This basement suite has a true western flair with antiques and fun amenities. It has a queen bed and a very large comfy leather sectional couch. Three blocks from the university and three blocks from historic downtown Laramie. We are right on the parade route during Jubilee days and UW homecoming. Pups are expected to be kept on leash on common grounds, and taken to alley to potty. We are not a corporate Airbnb. We are old school. We live on property and we always greet our guests.

Your are welcome to use the kitchen and watch TV or play games in the upper family room. We are located 1 mile directly south of the University of Wyoming and 5 minutes from I-80. There is a corgi dog in the house who will stay in the basement unless you request otherwise. We look forward to meeting you. Hosts live in the basement.

Industrial Studio: close to UW & downtown

We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area. Please note that the A/C is seasonal.
