At "Villa Pepita Biniali" (Maps etc), you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is available (please buy coals) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. You’ll love it here because of the peaceful, secluded location, large grounds and above facilities. Please see 'Other things to note' which contains info of use to most guests.

Nuestra casa os espera! Si quieres sentirte un isleño, nuestra casa es ideal! Zona bien comunicada, con vecinos y en en un pueblo con muchos servicios. No dudes en escribirme ! Recuerda que la piscina no esta calentada (ideal de mayo a septiembre), en la casa hay una estufa de leña ( regalamos la primera cesta de leña), dos calentadores eléctricos y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones). Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
