It is a half of the house (with a locking door in between the rental and the home) with a separate entrance, porch, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen/ living room area. Ideal for single travelers, a couple (or friends if they don't mind sharing the queen bed in the bedroom.) a single futon chair be is also available. The large fenced yard is around the gate. Guests are welcome to use the yard, creek side and the grill.
