Efthimia's house

Efthimia's house is a traditional stone house situated in the old neighborhood of Kavousi village, between the two byzantine churches of Saint George and Twelve Apostles. The history of this house includes a true love story and marriage during the years of the 1 rst World War of my Great-granparents Efthimia and Michalis. About 100 years later my fother and i decided to restore and renovate this traditional house with much love and respect and to offer a real Cretan experience to our guests.

Rosa 's house

This is a recently renovated house that can sleep five people and has a baby’s cot. It is fully equipped, and the kitchen has everything you will need. The house is located in the quiet and pretty village of Palaikastro, 16km from the town of Sitia, 6km from the beautiful palm beach of Vai, 2km from Kouremenos beach with its windsurfing stations, and 2km from Chiona beach and the archaeological site of Roussolakkos. The house is 100m from the village square.

Mandarini House is located at Choclakies,a small village 10 km (8min drive) from Palekastro on the way to Zakros.It was built in 1935 and fully restored in 2019.In this small village live 12 people and its at the heart of Sitia ‘s UNESCO Global Geopark.The starting point to pass through the gorge and get at the Karoumes beach is here. Anemomylos House

Exo Mouliana is a village which is quite near Sitia (only 15 minutes away by car) on the way to Agios Nikolaos.Also, Exo Mouliana is 40 minutes away from Vai (the famous pine tree forest). Exo Mouliana is also well -known for the 'Rihti ' gorge where you can go hiking and enjoy the scenery.Also, the visitor can enjoy the quietness and he/she can relax by looking at the magnificent sight of the mountains and the sea.

The ground floor apartment is located just one km outside of the town Sitia by the sea, in a very quiet area with uninterrupted views over the bay. The apartment is spacious and modern with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and living area with a comfy sofa and open fireplace. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed and ample wardrobe space. The bathroom has a shower/wc.

Σε απόσταση 1,5 Km υπάρχουν οι παραλίες Χιωνα και Κουρεμένος και στα 6 km περίπου η παραλία Βάι με το εξωτικό φοινικόδασος και η παραλία Ερημούπολη.
