Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.
