The property is located in the foothills of the Rhinogs, considered to be the wildest mountains in Wales. It is extremely remote, being over two miles across the moor from the main road and the nearest neighbour. The property is at one end of a stone long barn. It forms part of an off-grid small holding comprising 10 acres of natural pasture with a stream. It is surrounded by a coniferous/decidious wood on the trail to a waterfall, the Roman Steps, mountain lakes and many beautiful walks.
