Το διαμέρισμά βρίσκεται στην πλατεία Ψηλών Αλωνίων. Είναι ένα άνετο δυάρι, στον τρίτο όροφο μιας πολυκατοικίας. Τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν μπαλκόνι. Τα δωμάτια προσφέρουν ηρεμία και έχουν παλιά έπιπλα με χαρακτήρα. Το μπάνιο έχει μπανιέρα και ζεστό νερό. Η κουζίνα είναι ανεξάρτητη και έχει ψυγείο, κουζινάκι, ηλεκτρικό ματάκι για καφέ ελληνικό (όλα καινούργια), απορροφητήρα. Εχει Ολα τα αναγκαία σε πιάτα, ποτήρια.
