You enter our house,that is on the 1st floor without our presence. There is a safety box next to the house entrance with the key. Our house is very spacious and includes a sitting and dinnning area, three modern bedrooms with air condition and 1.5 bathrooms. It stands right on the Agrapidia beach. The only thing you will need, is your bathing suit and your flip flops. Important note: Please before booking , make sure that you have read all the information given about our house and the island.

Το Cozy_Studio είναι ένα μοντέρνο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα 33τ.μ. στην περιοχή του Καστελοκάμπου της Πάτρας. Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο, είναι διαμπερές και με όμορφη θέα. Απέχει μόλις 5χλμ. από το κέντρο της πόλης και 5 λεπτά οδικώς από το Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του Ρίου και το Πανεπιστήμιο.
