A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

De accommodatie, met eigen ingang, is recentelijk gerenoveerd en is helemaal ingericht voor een comfortabel verblijf. Gedurende de zomer zijn de ruimten heerlijk koel en tijdens de winterperiode behaaglijk warm. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand ( 5 min.) van het station ( trein + bus). Met de auto is de accommodatie uitstekend bereikbaar, op korte afstand van het Juliana plein, waar de A7 en de A28 elkaar kruisen. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

Landelijk huisje met weelderige binnentuin

Slapen in een tiny house avant la lettre. Dat kan bij ons. Ons recent verbouwde huisje biedt een aparte living en slaapverdieping, is basic maar toch van van alle gemakken voorzien. Gelegen in het oude en landelijke Enumatil is dit de ideale plek voor een rustige (natuur) vakantie of mini break. In de directe omgeving zijn er mooie fietsroutes te vinden en bos, hei of Groningen stad is op een kwartier rijden te vinden.

Knus tiny house op de ruimte

Geniet van ons knusse tiny house op de ruimte nabij onze boerderij met paarden en onze andere dieren. Dit prachtige huisje is van alles voorzien zodat je optimaal kunt genieten van alles wat het prachtige Groningen je te bieden heeft! Na onze oprit van ongeveer 800m ben je verzekerd van frisse lucht. Het Tiny House is één van de twee Tiny Houses op ons terrein aan het einde van een doodlopende weggetje. Wees welkom!
