It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. The monk boathouse is located in the beautiful village of milos klima.Our boathouse was built by our uncle Xristos known by the locals as the monk due to his Syrma unique position at the end of the village .Its unique location makes its perfect for a relaxing holiday or a perfect honeymoon as there are no neighbors nearby it is just the syrma and the sea .beside there is big yard where you can enjoy the sun ,drink a glass of wine by the light of the stars and moon ,barbecue or even fishing

Just 7 minutes (5.4km) from the island's main port (Adamantas), 5 minutes (3.4km) away from the island's airport, and a few minutes away from the island's famous beaches.

Koufiakas Boathouse

The koufiakas boathouse is 50 square meters and is located right in front of Pollonia beach (in the most beautiful traditional village). It is recently renovated and fully equipped. It has a refrigerator, electric stove and air-conditioner. The visitor can enjoy the view of the sea even if he is lying in his bed. A dip in the deep blue waters in front of the house will convince him that he made the best choice. Ideal for honeymoon couples .

The house is located in a quiet location with a breathtaking view and, at the same time, 10 minutes walk away from taverns, shops, supermarkets, banks etc. Moving around: In a 5 minutes walking distance there is a bus stop. By car, it is a 6 minutes drive to Sarakiniko (the moon beach), 7 minutes drive to the port and 15 to the airport. We're also very close to Plaka village (the capital of Milos) and Mandrakia fishing village.

Sirma Irene - the Boat House on the Sea.

Klima is a traditional fishing village with colourful houses extending all the way to the small coast. It is located below the village of Trypiti and the Catacombs. The "Sirma" -a used to be winter hideout for fishing boats- was recently revamped.
