Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short golf cart ride from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months.

The Cozy Captain

This one-bed 475 sq ft waterfront home offers stunning views on prime waterfront, it comes complete with a 2 well doc (one boat lift 8000 lbs, both 10 feet wide by 30 feet long), 2 PWC lifts as well as 2 kayaks. Private, cozy little cabin originally built in 1945. It's an ideal location to enjoy beautiful Lake of the Ozark's. The updated cabin is close to restaurants, shopping, boat launches, and golf courses. Queen bed, full sofa sleeper and a twin XL in the loft. Small bathroom has a shower.

Hickman cabin

Private cabin on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Relax, swim or fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sunset! We now have 2 kayaks available for rent. 25/day per kayak. You can pay if/when you use them. Just please give us a heads up. Life jackets for your use on the dock. Please note we do not rent kayaks if water temp. is below 65F. The Lower Deck at Wet Feet Retreat

The Lower Deck at Wet Feet Retreat is a private, lakefront lower-level apartment available only during the off-season. Ideal for a quiet getaway or short-term stay, it features a queen bedroom, smart TVs, high-speed internet, a cozy living and dining area, and a kitchenette with sink, compact fridge, microwave, air fryer, and induction burner. Includes private laundry, stand-up shower, free parking, dock access, kayaks, and a private patio with fire pit. Shared HVAC set at 70°.

Lakefront Home on the Point

Home built in 2021 with all amenities you could want. Spacious living areas, great for families or groups - private baths for each bedroom and plenty of dining and outdoor space for fun and entertainment. Outdoor fire pits on the point and patio. A very unique property sitting on a point with incredible views onto the main channel two directions. Great set up for swimming, fishing, or hanging out watching games on the dock. 2.5 hours from KC, wifi all around the property.

Rippling Point Lakefront House

Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.

Looking for privacy, peace and quiet, and a great view? You've found the right home! Is this the best view on the lake? We're biased but it's definitely one of the best for the price! This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.

Relax on the spacious dock decking enjoy the lake views of the seasons. Did you know Lake of the Ozarks is part of the Ozark Mountains? It can be very hilly! Be careful, and cautious.
