Long term renters require a $250 deposit and 1st weeks rent due upon arrival. $50 cleaning fee will be taken out of deposit. Travelers Guesthouse has a fully furnished kitchen and laundry on site. Room 1 does require stairs! There are not tons of stairs and there are railings. Long term renters supply their own personal supplies.

Jennie’s Place Loft

This spacious loft is located above Jennie’s Place Bar and Grill. It can be noisy late at night. We do offer this space for events with catering and drink options. The listed cost is per bedroom, per night. There are group discounts available. This is a great space for any crew working out of town.

Warren Cultural Center

Balcony bedroom suite in a restored 1896 opera house, on the historic Greenfield town square. Two bedrooms (adjoining) and sitting room with antique furnishings. Full bath with large, antique claw-foot tub. Third floor, stair access only. A unique overnight experience.
