Joyce's Cottage, one of two adjoining traditional cottages (the other being Derrypark Cottage) lies below the imposing Partry mountains on the shore of Lough Mask. This is the very best of Connemara. Solitude, peace and breathtaking scenery. Visitors can swim from their private beach, go for a cycle (bikes available) or simply sit outside and take in the spectacular scenery. A short drive (45 mins) over the mountains brings you to numerous secluded beaches on the Wild Atlantic Way.

It is surrounded by lakes and mountains and an ideal base for a fishing and touring holiday in Galway, Connemara and Mayo. a wonderful location, for hill walking ,outdoor pursuit's, angling, water sports ,nature. Ash Tree Cottage is located in the scenic village of Bangor Erris in North West Mayo right on the 'Wild Atlantic Way' The cottage was built in 1947 & has been lovingly restored and completely renovated (2017) while retaining a homely and spacious feel. It has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 double/single), living room, kitchen, bathroom, shed with lock, private driveway and a large rear garden.
