Located at the top of Scotland you'll enjoy one of the best views in the area - even the locals are envious! One mile off the popular NC500 tourist route, our two pods and a Shepherd's Hut offer peace and quiet in an idyllic location with some amazing sunrises, sunsets and starry skies.

Lairg Glamping Pods - Ben Hope

Lairg Glamping Pods set in the heart of the Highlands will offer you a warm welcome. You can wake up and enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and lochs from our pods or Snugs as we like to call them. Our luxury pods are situated on a quiet working croft and due to its centralised position, it offers you all you need to explore the Highlands. Based just outside the village of Lairg you can enjoy the surrounding villages and scenery all of which are within easy driving distance.

For a nature lover, it's impossible not to fall in love with the setting, with its 300-year-old trees, large wildlife-filled loch, long valley views from the shady swing bench, and woodsy walks. A stunning retreat, comfortable and relaxed, Cone House West is also the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring. Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

Located in the heart of the North Coast 500. (NC500) makes it an ideal accommodation for exploring the Scottish Highlands for a short or long stay. The Armadilla Pod comfortably sleeps two guests which can convert from 2 twin/ 1 double bed. Cairn Pod is equipped to a high standard with private parking and luxury home comforts.

Refurbished, all on one level, detached private house on rural estate on Loch Shin. The house is well equipped with a large veranda and garden. All rooms are freshly decorated in neutral tones. The living room has an open fire with bay window with lovely views. The property lies 3 miles from Lairg with all local amenities including shops, petrol station pharmacy, pub, restaurant and railway station. It is centrally locate for day trips to the north, west and east coasts of the North.

Please Google or read the description in the photos of what a bothy is. If expecting a five star hotel do not stay here. Bothy with a comfy bed. One up from camping. enjoy the beauty and simplicity of the Strath Oykel scenery. A gas stove and a loo with a view. The Bothy benefits from a fire pit to enjoy sundowners and northern lights from, looking onto a loch. There is also a log burner for those chillier evenings. Bring drinking water and food. Everything else should be there.

BERRISCUE HOUSE - ENTIRE COTTAGE - THURSO

Berriscue House is a beautiful, bespoke cottage - located in the centre of Thurso, hidden away from the world with a large walled garden and private entrance. Five minute walk from the beach. Everything you need for a cosy Scottish retreat! If booking the same day after 6pm please message as it may still be possible to book. If you require the extra bed in the living room, you must tell us in your initial message so we know to prepare this for you.

One of our pods named after our dogs. Take a seat on the deck with a cuppa or a glass and watch the world go by.
