Aberdeen is a tiny old town tucked away in the Karoo, but an easy stop-off en route to and from the Cape. Our house is typical old Karoo block-style house, the main central part being almost 150 years old. This means you can expect wooden floors with the odd creak, quirky nooks and crannies, spreading spaces. Our house is big and welcoming and very informal, with lots of space to sit back, relax and unwind.
Peach Tree Cottage is a charming Karoo cottage in the heart of Graaff-Reinet, known as the gem of the Karoo. The cottage is 170 years old and is also an historical monument. With its original yellow wood floors, high ceilings and interesting Karoo interior, the room in Peach Tree Cottage will be a tranquil haven for the tired traveler.
