Roligt værelse på lukket villavej i Risskov. Som gæst her har du ud over et stort badeværelse også adgang til tekøkken, hvor du kan tilberede lette måltider. Skinner solen, kan du nyde haven og den private terrasse. Er der behov for at arbejde kan du enten sidde på værelset eller i den lækre pejsestue. Der er gulvvarme overalt. Sengen kan enten fungere som to enkeltsenge eller som en dobbeltseng (180 x 200cm). Oplys venligst herom ved booking, så jeg kan indrette værelset, inden I ankommer.

Close to Aros, the old town, fairground freedom and the cozy streets of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is located in the same property as Cross cafe, so there is easy access to breakfast/brunch, lunch, dinner and cold drinks at the weekend. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, but there may be noise from the street in the summer. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed.

Cosy guest house, which is an independent building on the old school . The flat is 51m2 and has a lovely south-facing private 28m2 terrace. Combined kitchen and living room, a toilet/bath, an entry hall and a bedroom with one queen size bed and two bunk beds. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is wifi, tv, cromecast and parking near the entry door. Two extra beds can be made in the living room. Bonfire hut, tarzan track, hammocks and a large garden with playground.

Du vil dele lejlighed med udlejer (mig) og en lejer. Vi er fælles om badeværelset, køkken med stor spiseplads (trådløst internet) og lukket stor altan med 180 graders udsigt over botanisk have og Aarhus Vest. My cozy newly build apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Aarhus and is well suited for couples and business travellers. The apartment is within walking distance to: The central station (1,2 km) Bruuns Gallery (mall) (1,5 km) The pedestrian street (1,2 km) Aros (800m) The Old Town (400 m) Tivoli Friheden (2,8 km) Besides that you can enjoy the nature from the large private balcony from where you will enjoy the view off the creek just below.

A nice modern Beach house in the wonderful Risskov, 300 m2 in 2 floors, close to the sea, with all necessary facilities, including 2 bathrooms. 12 km with good transport to the center of the great City Aarhus - European Cultural City;-) We live here in our everyday life, but rent out in vacations etc… We will be more than happy to help you with everything you need during your stay:-) Best regards Anne & Ulrik.
