Kick back and relax in this new construction, modern, stylish home. Located in the heart of downtown Conroe. Extremely close to great dining, entertainment, and the Conroe convention center. About 15 minutes from Lake Conroe, this vacation will be one to remember! Enjoy a movie on the rooftop under the stars or make memories around the outdoor fire pit in the backyard. Get cozy in front of the 75” television. With televisions in every room, enjoy a peaceful night’s rest on comfortable beds.

The Canal House

Our little getaway sits on a canal that leads into Lake Conroe. The marina at the lake offers jet skis and boats for rent. Our house comes with a canoe and a kayak. It also offers fishing in the canal. Very quiet, serene place with lots of beautiful birds. We particularly like to sit on the back porch and watch the egrets fly by or the ducks swimming in the canal. Perfect place for respite and recharge, or ramp it up and go jet skiing on the lake. Or both! This is a non-smoking home.

‘Haus House’ Studio close to the Lake

‘Haus House’ Studio is a 440 sq ft standing alone bungalow in a very quiet location yet close to all lake activity and great places to eat. The studio has a queen bed, wardrobe, living area, tv and WiFi. It has a kitchenette with a dining table for 2, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom has a nice marble shower. There is an outdoor seating area for down time and relax. While we live on the property, you have your own privacy, but if you need us we are close by.

The Cottage at Jones Road Ranch

Enjoy the solitude and beauty of a stay at the Cottage at Jones Road Ranch overlooking grazing horses. Take a short walk through the Jones Road Ranch Tuscan Rosemary farm for a discounted wine tasting with our neighbors at Golden Oaks Micro Cellar. Relax on the front or back porch with a views of the ranch or if you prefer a more active stay, schedule a Jones Road Ranch tour, hike or bike in the local National Forest or tour the Bush Presidential Library in nearby College Station.

Quietly tucked away in the Seven Coves community, yet conveniently close to amenities. Spacious lake front condo with a full bath/kitchen.
