This is a bar but I am calling it a brewery because they probably have one of the craft best beer selections in San Diego. Their tap is always rotating and they have a non-pretentious, often loud vibe that many locals love. Dogs are allowed and you can order really good burgers and bar food through a hole in the wall behind the pool tables.

Hamilton's Tavern

A really cool feel to this craft cocktail bar is a great start to any night or as a nightcap. The huge windows open up on nice days and let in the sun and the decor will keep you looking around. The drinks are great and the food is all vegan but they do a great job in making good options that even meat-eaters will enjoy. Again, walking distance to the house is hard to beat.

The huge windows open up on nice days and let in the sun and the decor will keep you looking around. The drinks are great and the food is all vegan but they do a great job in making good options that even meat-eaters will enjoy. Again, walking distance to the house is hard to beat.
Entertainment & Activities
You can see from the map that the craftsman bungalow is adjacent to the green on the Southeast Corner. The green fees are very affordable for the public course.
The golf course states: Facilities include an 18-hole golf course and a nine-hole executive golf course as well as a driving range, practice putting greens, coffee shop and halfway house. The Pro Shop offers golf merchandise for sale, rental clubs and hand or power golf carts. The Professional Golf Instruction staff offers group and individual golf lessons.

Amazing Italian food (IMO) and a nice stroll from the house through the South Park neighborhood. Chill small location and only a small two blocks away. A nice way to start your morning and you really can't get much closer. They have limited indoor seating but a larger patio to enjoy the sunny San Diego days.

Nice stop for a good latte, cold brew, coffee or lighter fare like a kombucha. A local coffee spot that I definitely frequent often. Parking is not always the best at this location.

Quality meats can be essential for many and Sepulveda definitely has quality at heart. If you are looking for something to throw on the grill, then this is your stop. You do pay a premium for the quality, but this is where I have to go if I am throwing meat onto the grill. As of the writing of this, they have a 5 star Yelp review with 46 reviews and Yelp can often be a feisty crowd.

As of the writing of this, they have a 5 star Yelp review with 46 reviews and Yelp can often be a feisty crowd.

Lots of cool, modern clothes and accessories. My girlfriend loves to come here and there are several great shops in the area. A little further walk but this just notes more neighborhood shops in the area close to the house that are outside of the mainstream of what you would find once you get into downtown or more large areas/malls.

A little further walk but this just notes more neighborhood shops in the area close to the house that are outside of the mainstream of what you would find once you get into downtown or more large areas/malls.
For the necessities as a traveler, it is nice to have a Target Express nearby. A smaller Target version but they have many of the essentials including a pharmacy and grocery.
