Unpretentious vibe, family friendly, and cool staff. Good happy hour prices, and check out the "Thirsty Thursdays" at 3pm in the Brewer's Den upstairs for $2 cups of a different beer each week and it ends when the keg is dry! Highly recommended.

The Secret Society is one of the coolest venues in town. Good music in a historic old building with a bar in the ballroom/music area and another bar outside of the ballroom that serves good food and great drinks. Ask for the Absinthe. You won't be disappointed! : )

The Max Light Rail - Green, Blue and Red lines all run to and from downtown Portland and can be picked up at the N.E. 60th Station (2.8 miles south/ 7-10 minute drive) They all run approximately every 15 minutes. There are schedules at each station. It takes approximately 20-30 minutes to get downtown depending on how far you're going into the city.
Fares are: (current as of 8/1/16)
Adults 18-64 $2.50 for 2-1/2 hours and all day is $5.
Youths 7-17 $1.25 for 2-1/2 hours and all day is $2.50.
Honored Citizen 65+, Medicare or disability - same as Youth fares.
