There is currently an interesting exhibition on Bruce Lee. I spent +2h and I'm not even a fan! 10HKD the entrance fee, yet I don't recall paying anything...

This is a nice museum next to Shing Mun River in Sha Tin that you can have nice walk around. The permanent exhibitions are wonderful, with occasional thematic exhibitions of interesting topics.
