Great spot for brunch or dinner. Great view. The food and the drinks are amazing! It might be a little pricy but totally worth it. You also might find a celebrity tucked away in the corner.

Rusty pelican is an iconic Virginia Key Restaurant with a fantastic happy hour and a view to die for on the water.

Lovely restaurant and bar, fantastic views of Miami skyline and of Biscayne Bay. The happy hour food is fantastic -- really innovative menu -- and their bar drinks are legendary. Watch out for the marina heavy equipment moving around as you turn off the Causeway. BTW: there's a toll leaving Miami and entering Key Biscayne.
