One of the newest hotspots in the Denton scene, I love it for the drink selection and the laidback vibe. There are many, many non-alcoholic options as well. Very family friendly. You will find many a dog and child sprinkled amidst the adults hanging out in lawn chairs and hovering around the pool tables and fire pits.

Great bar, with an extensive beer selection. They also have housemade juices, on tap kombucha, and root beer. Their patio area is incredible - and their live music is a wide range of funk, rock, and indie bands.

Harvest House is a great craft beer bar in a newly remade old building on Hickory Street east of the square. It has pleasant seating indoors and a large wooded outdoor area with a stage (it reminds me of several Austin establishments!). The extensive beer list has ample selections of many styles and rotates fairly often. We always find something interesting to try. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
