Want to learn more about this quaint little town and the people that settled here. The Pioneer Museum is the place to do it. "Experience the rich German heritage of Gillespie County at the 3.5 acre Pioneer Museum Complex in downtown Fredericksburg. Several times a year, the Pioneer Museum will hold events staffed by docents in period dress that are fun for the whole family including storytelling, rope making, soap making."
