A lovely walk taking you around the edge of an old stone quarry and then through a patch of native bush. Also botanical garden areas and picnicking spots are great here

Lovely walks in the hills around the old Quarry. There is a Japanese and Korean garden here also.

Around 20 minutes walk from Halswell ON the Park is the Halswell Quarry. Approximately 20 acreas of native bush & beautiful park. Walks and bike rides to suit everyone. Take a picnic and sit at the top of the quarry overlooking Christchurch City.
