Less than 12 miles from our cottage (depending on what part of the lake you visit), Newfound Lake is the perfect place to be if you enjoy NH lakes! Food and lakefront areas are available. Very scenic!

It’s possible to drive all around the lake with only a few areas without a view of the water. Most of the lake is private property so stick to the state parks to swim.

Plenty of small beaches around the lake to find with amazing views. Little shops and restaurants are also plentiful.
