Perched on a hill, with views over the historic Brill Windmill and neighbouring counties, the Pheasant offers real ales, delicious home-cooked food and comfortable rooms to locals and visiting guests, all accompanied with friendly service and a pleasant pheasant atmosphere. The bar is open all day from 12 noon until 11pm Sunday to Thursday, and until midnight on Friday and Saturday, serving a carefully chosen selection of real ales, wines, and plenty more.

Well worth the 15 minute drive to the lovely Georgian hilltop village of Brill. The Pheasant serves great traditional and seasonal fare and has the best views of the windmill. At least go there for a sundowner one the summer months….

This pub on the edge of Brill common serves very good food. It is less intimate than The Hundred. A very good place for lunch as well as dinner.
