The Haus des Meeres is one of three zoos in Vienna, along with the Schönbrunn Zoo and the Lainzer Tiergarten. The facility, consisting mainly of marine aquariums and terrariums, is located in Vienna's 6th district, Mariahilf. It has a really nice rooftop bar/restaurant.

It's quiet a treat. The Aquarium is located in one of the infamous Flaktürme - you will have also a monkey and bird area in there. On the top you will get some stunning fews above the city
