Jurong Lake Gardens is Singapore’s new national gardens in the heartlands. It is a people’s garden, where spaces will be landscaped and created for families and the community to come together. The 90-hectare Gardens comprises Lakeside Garden (formerly Jurong Lake Gardens West), Chinese and Japanese Gardens (formerly Jurong Lake Gardens Central) and Garden Promenade (formerly Jurong Lake Gardens East). Lakeside Garden is open for visitors from end-April 2019, and Chinese Garden, Japanese Garden and Garden Promenade will be completed from 2021 onwards. How to get there: Lakeside Garden (Jurong Lake Gardens) is accessible from Lakeside MRT station, and also by bus services 49 and 154 from Jurong East or Boon Lay Interchanges. Car parks are accessible from Yuan Ching Road. Lakeside Garden opening hours: Lakeside Garden is open 24 hours daily Visitor Information Counter: 8.30am – 6.30pm, daily Fusion Spoon: 10am – 10pm, Weekdays; 7am – 10pm, Weekends & PH Clusia Cove Water Play: 8am – 7pm, Tue - Sun (closed during wet weather and on Mondays for maintenance, except PH) (Please check weather forecast before visiting) Forest Ramble: 8am – 10pm, Tue - Sun (closed every Monday for maintenance, except PH) Dog Run: 9am – 10pm, daily PAssionWaVe: 9am – 6pm, Tue – Fri; 8am – 6pm, Weekends (closed on Monday and all PH) ActiveSG Park: 7am – 10pm, daily Please note that the following areas have no light/ dimly lit and are closed from 7pm to 7am.
