Wine-Wine- situation ;) Instead of paying an entrance fee to go up the city hall tower/balcony to enjoy a nice view on Munich’s Frauenkirche -rather invest the money in a drink at the Blue Spa bar terrace here. Bayerischer Hof is one of if not the most famous five star hotel - many international celebrities stayed here - Michael Jackson fans even set up a mini-memorial in front of the hotel. Enjoy a fantastic view towards Munich‘s landmark the Frauenkirche. A bit pricey but also a very nice brunch location.

Go via the elevator to the rooftop and enjoy the view to Frauenkirche and the inner city.

Rooftop bar atop the 5 star hotel "Bayerischer hof" where I used to worked some time ago. VERY fancy but still one of the nicest places in munich
