Grand Bazaar is one of the World’s oldest and biggest covered shopping mall! It’s the most common place for tourists to do their shopping. You can find anything you would think of. Especially delicious Turkish Delights , Handmade rugs , Handmade jewelery items , traditional items. But it is not just shopping! I have an exclusive tip for you that not anyone knows. We have an special food called “Döner Kebap” now its popular around the World but you should defenitely eat Döner Sandwich at “Şahin Usta” which is just next to one of the entrances of Grand Bazaar you can check it online. It has an amazing taste. It’s just a small shop that only 3 people can fit. You eat on your food but trust me on this😊. Other than that , even if you are not interested in shopping or eating a delicious Döner Kebab , you should visit Grand Bazaar to experience the amazing historical atmosphere. Bazaar has over 1461 different shops and 60 streets inside. The Grand Bazaar was built on 1460 and had faced many earhquakes , fires and other incidents but it is still the heart of commerce in Turkey. If you have an camera that has panaromic photo feature you can get awesome shots there.
