Historic pizzeria to go and to dine in. Here you can find the best "cecina": a thin pancake of chickpea flour typical of Pisa and Livorno. Specialties are one slice of pizza with one slice of cecina or a focaccia with cecina (to which add melanzane or mozzarella).

Pizza alla pisana, tanto buona quanto unta. E poi c'è la cecina.. Try pizza the Pisan style: deep-dish oiled, almost fried.. exceptionally good. Also try the "cecina", a special salty chickpea pie
