Safe money you’d spend on a fitness club and use this outdoor workout space offered by the city of Munich for its citzens and guests for free! It doesn't get more local than that. The scenery is beautiful - directly by the river - and well thought through Trimm Dich Pfad (german for shape yourself path) gets your booty in shape for the next night out. Look out for wooden and metal structures along the path – resembles a giant playground for kids. There are signs next to each stop explaining how to use it. The descriptions are in German but the images are pretty much self-explanatory –or just copy the locals!
