Sitting 34 feet above Hope Street, the park is a great viewing point for LA's famous landmarks – like the Los Angeles Central Library, the Hollywood Sign and even the San Gabriel Mountains on a clear day. This Royal Delft porcelain fountain, designed by Frank Gehry, is dedicated as "A Rose for Lilly" and is, fittingly, in the shape of a large blooming rose.
