Who would have known? Oslo City Hall is actually quite an interesting building. Go inside for a look (they also have guided tours) and look outside the building for one of the coolest "secret" statues in Oslo.

Oslo City Hall, near the trendy harbour of Oslo: Aker Brygge and the very modern Tjuvholmen area, with a variety of posh restaurants, pubs, shops, artilleries, museums etc., by the port.
